Satisfaction Guarantee Rules & Restrictions
When requesting a price match please have the competing website address, preferably the specific product URL, available for us to verify. We will verify the online pricing and product description, brand name, availability, and relative price and product specifications. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some products are excluded from this guarantee. Advertised items must be factory sealed new product. Demo models, factory seconds, sale items, discontinued merchandise, auctions, used items and floor samples not included. Items must be advertised and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine, or catalog by an authorized dealer. You may be required to email or fax a copy of the competitors offer. Mid Michigan Music will match combined offers at its sole discretion.
The following items are nonreturnable except for defects: strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, videos and mouthpieces.
Mid Michigan Music only accepts returns made within the first 45 days from shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 45 day guarantee period. All returns must be in the original packaging, complete with warranty card and owners manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are given in the form the payment was received. Credit Card refunds can only be returned on the card used for purchase by law, please do not ask us to refund your money on a card not used for the original purchase. Refunds are made for the product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Items above $1999.00 must be returned within 10 days of shipment. Items of this price or above could be subject to a restocking fee of 25% if missing anything or damaged.
How To Return a Product to Us
In order to return a product to us, you must contact a customer service rep in our online sales department at (989) 832-9525 to recieve a return authorization. Once this is done the following information applys:
1. For a full refund of the merchandise price, products must be returned in new resalable condition showing no signs of wear. This means that product is in the same condition as when you received it.
2. All returns must be sent in original packing material complete with all original accessories, owners manuals, complete with blank warranty card. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as when it was received or is missing original materials it will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or possible disqualification for return.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the product being returned was eligible for free shipping when originally ordered, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4. Allow 5-10 business days for return processing. Mid Michigan Music credit can be used immediately after we receive your return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card. Refunds for PayPal purchases will be credited to the original PayPal account. Other refunds are made with a company check, please allow additional time for mail delivery.
